Good day all.
I've got an issue with my CUCM 8.5 and 9971 IP Phones with forwarding calls after no answer. If I try to call on my 9971 DN and No Answer Time-out expires the call forwards to the different DN (on the same server), but after one ring it drops and I suppose to hear short beeps on a handset. Does anybody know what's the core of the problem?

Is the different DN part of same device pool or same site ? Is there any trunk separating these DNs ?

Both IP Phones belong to the same Device Pool and there is no trunking between two of them. I tried to remove DN and then create another one with the same options. It helps for a while, but then issue happens again. Any ideas?
