call drop between phones with in region

two phones r registered in cucm under one region

when we make a call

call is dropping

and two phones are 7975 uses same codec g711.

can somebody solve these issue

1) Can you check the Location of two phone are both same.

2) Collect the Call Manager logs from RTMT

3) Check in CDR what call termination codes you get.
