Dear All,

Is It possible to fetch total call duration exclusively of all mobile, national & international calls on monthly basis from CUCM?

Hi Syed,

there is not such Custom CDR report that would give that information.

You can take CDR dump and then if you know how to play around with Microsoft Excel you can do lot of powerful things with that.

You can run such reports using 3rd Party CDR Accounting Application such as like this:

http://www.commsouth.com/commcontrol-call-accounting-software.php

You will also have many more such custom reports supported by the application.
