Does anyone know what the "Call Failed" actually means in the Hunt Pilot Detail report within CallManager? We are trying to get some reports for the Hunt Pilot to determine if calls are being ansered or not and if not why.
Anthony - did you figure this out? I'm running into the same situation as my customers report is showing on average 95 percent of the presented calls failing.
What are the attributes of a "call that didn't go through". Obviously, it is not an abandoned call. What has to happen to a call to qualify it to be counted in the category, "No. of Calls Failed"?
