Gary,
From the logs, Here is what I observed
Your gateway is sending a RE-INVITE to cucm during the call with a different media capabilites. The original call was established using G711ulaw. Then in the middle of the call, the CUBE sends re-INVITE with only G729 advertised
INVITE sip:71XXXX3706@172.30.42.12:5060 SIP/2.0

This is a little odd and unless we see the full logs that contain the other part of the call leg we wont know why your gateway is sending a re-INVITE with different media to the establised call.
So please send the full debug ccsip mesages...as we need to see the other side of the call.

Thanks for your response - do you want debug ccsip message or debug ccsip all? Thanks!

FYI - waiting for another meeting to be setup w/ this number. I will collect debugs and send when that happens - thanks!
