Call forward between two clusters

Hello Community,

I have two clusters: Cluster A uses CUCMv14, and Cluster B uses CME.

Call forwarding in Cluster A is OK.

Call forwarding in Cluster B is OK.

Calls between A and B function correctly, but!

Call forwarding between Cluster A and B isn't working.

How can I resolve the problem ;

Hi,

Can you check the CSS Activation Policy on call forwarding section on DN configuration.?

You can also change it globally on Service Paramenters --> Callmanager Service

Please let me know

Please check the following:

- The CSS configured on the DN, as suggested by @Carlo Poggiarelli. The forwarding CSS might be the source of the problem.

- Check if the call is reaching the Site B CME.
