Call Forward display on 6945 IP Phones

We are utilizing CUCM Version 8.6.2.22900-9

We have a DN x86415 placed on a 7911 IP Phone.

DN x86415 is also placed as the 3rd button on 4 model 6945 IP Phones.

After hours we utilize the Call Forward option on the 7911 phone to send calls to an Answering Service.

After the Call Forward is performed the buttons on the 6945's indicate that x86415 is call forwarded to extension XXXXX.

The following morning when Call Forwarding is turned off from the 7911 IP Phone, none of the buttons on the 6945 phones reflect that x86415 is no longer being call forwarded.  They continue to indicate that x86415 is call forwarded to ext XXXXX even though the extension is no longer being call forwarded.  The buttons on the 6945 don't reflect the true status of x86415 until the phones are reset.

Is there some option or some setting that needs programmed for the buttons on the 6945's to update with accurate real-time information?

Tks,

GD

Hi Greg,

This shouldn't be a config issue. I'm guessing it may be a

firmware issue on the 6945's. Can you please let us know what you

are running?

Cheers!
