Hi Guys,
We are migrating form an E1 to a SIP trunk with Dutche Telkom as the provider. I have inbound and outbound calls working. We are facing an issue with call forward to an outside line. Call Flow SIP Provider -> CUBE-> CUCM -> IP Phone -> Call Fwd All -> CUBE -> SIP Provider. Sometimes the call will connect and we have audio both ways, but most of the time the call never connects, just drops and I see the 483 Too Many Hops error in the logs on the CUBE. Attached logs of a working call and a call that gave us the too many hops error. Yes, I modified the sip profile to change the Max-Forwards(Hop Counts) from 11 to 70
voice class sip-profiles 10
rule 3 request INVITE sip-header Max-Forwards modify ": 11" ": 70"
