Call Forward only international calls

Dear All,

I have a quick question.

Can we do call forwarding for one user who receives international call on his IP phone to other extension. Only the international call.  How to do that please?

Thank you for your quick response.

User does not want all external calls to be forwarded but only international calls and that to calls coming for his extension only.
