Call forward settings

Experts,

User is having extension mobility and when phone is logged in and after few rings the call will be transferred to the mobile number.

is there a way to forward calls to the same mobile number of the user if the user logged out of the phone.

My option is to change the actual Phone extension to the same extension of the user extension mobility DN.

Let me know if any other options.

Configure same mobile number under Call Forward Unregistered Internal and Call Forward Unregistered External feauture at user's device profile' line page.

You can use mobile connect feature pointing the remote destination to users mobile phone. Also, assign mobility feature button to UDP in order to control ON/OFF and send active call to mobile.

This way user can activate mobility before logging off his UDP which sends the call to his mobile.
