Call Forward under DN takes precedence?

Hi

I have a CME setup for a hunt group.
I created a hunt group to ring 2 phone A and B simultaneously for 30 seconds then failover to an offnet number.

Under ephone configuration for phone A I have call-forward noan 10 7000. If anyone rings phone A after 10 seconds it will failover to voicemail. This works no worries. However if I bring the hunt group I realize that phone A will stop ringing after 10 seconds whilst phone B will continue to ring for 30 seconds until it failover. Any ideas?

Hi Steven,

If this is a pre-CME 8.5 config you may be hitting this restriction;

In Cisco Unified CME 8.5 and later versions, when call forward no answer (CFNA) command is configured in a voice hunt group, you are not required to set a timeout value for voice hunt group member and the call forward no answer timer is ignored.

In earlier version of Cisco Unified CME, if call forward no answer was configured for a voice hunt group member, you were required to set the value of timeout command. The timeout value was required to be less than the timeout value of the call-forward no answer command.
