Hi all,
we have an IP phone (ABC) and I configured a call fowarding to my mobile phone recently.
Today I received a call, but on my mobile phone I saw the number of my IP phone (ABC) and was not able to call back the client, who called me.
How can I see the number of the client?

You need to mention if you use CUCM or CME to get any assistance.

If you're an end user, you might want to reach your IT department for assistance with this.
This change needs to be done in the call control, which is going to require credentials to login.

Thanks for that, but our IT department doesn't know about that.
I have a CP 6941 and also an IP addres.
How can I login to the call control? Is it possible to see the number of an incoming call, which was forwarded?
