Guys,
I have a quick question:
Using CUCM 8.6 withing Unity Connection 8.6.
I have an end user that is out of the office on military leave (User A). I am trying to call forward their extension to another user (User B). I am able to forward the call fine but the problem is that if User B does not answer, it goes to User A's voicemail. I would like for the call to go to user B's voicemail instead.
What am I missing?

You are not missing anything this is the way it is designed to work by default. There is no way to change it for one person, it has to be done globally. You can configure routing rule to route calls from user a to go to user b's voicemail

Another approach would be to create user specific VM profile on CUCM that uses User B's mask and assign it to user A's DN, also you can change current user A's extension to something else and assign his real extension as alternate extension to use B.

Okay, figured it out. Two step Process:
1. In CUCM, under users DN, "Forward all" to User B under "Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings"
2. In Unity connection under "standard greeting", under "Callers hear" select "nothing" and then under "After Greeting" select User with mailbox "UserB".
This sends all standard voicemails to User B.
Mission accomplished.
