Scenario:
(using CUCM 8.6.2.21900-5 for phone and Unity for voicemail)
If someone calls phone_A and phone_A does not answer, the call is fordwarde to phone_B (cell phone) using "Remote Destination Profile Configuration / Remote Destination Configuration" in CUCM, and phone_B also does not answer...it *sometimes* goes to the voicemail of phone_B, other times it goes to voicemail of phone_A.
How to set it that it goes to voicemail of phone_A by default?
And if user later requested to change voicemail to go to their cell phone, how to change that?
Thanks in advance for any repsonses.

By default when the call hits Unity it will be directed to the originally dialed person, in your case phone A, when it goes to phone B's voicemail it must be hitting user B's cell phone voicemail. You will need to work with the mobility timers setup on the RD to tweak them so that it does not get answered by the mobile voicemail.
