I am using 10.1.7.20 Unified Communications Self Portal to forward calls to my AT&T iPhone cell phone, but the calls are not being connected. Is there anything I can do on my end to enable this connection?

Are you sure that you entered the destination number in the intended format to work in your system landscape? By the wording you used in your post I assume that you are not a system administrator of the system. If that holds true I would recommend you to reach out to your company system administration team. There are so many different permutations on how call routing can be setup, so without insight into your specific system we can only guess. In general you should put in the call forward description in the same format as you’d use to make a call to the number.
