call from external to internal office

hi

we have cucm 7 and unity 5, gateway voice 3800, i would to make call from external 0x xxxxxx * xxxx

4 digit after * are the number of internal office

please guide me to make this ?

Hello,

Is the 3800 gateway added as MGCP or H.323 on CUCM? if it is MGCP then you just need to ensure that the Incoming Calling search space on the gateway config page is able to reach the partitions of the called phones. Also the 'Significant digits' setting on the gateway configuration page need to be set to '4'.  You can follow the steps as per the following
