Hi,
I am in the process of integrating Lync Server 2013 with Cisco Call Manager 10.0.
After the integration i can able to call from CUCM Extension to Lync URI.
But when i am trying to reach CUCM Extensions from Lync URI the call is dropping and its showing an error as xxxx is not in service.
But the reverse is working fine.
I used the Unified RTMT tool to analyze the issue and found the Call from Lync Client is reaching to CUCM but the Calling DN shows as @domain.com, Orig Called ID as xxxx@cucm.domain.com, and Final Called ID as xxxx@cucm.domain.com
Thanks,
Ramesh

Hi Raaj,
Are you aware if CUCM can be integrated with O365 to make/receive calls from/to Lync on Cloud? I have been referred many documents regarding this integration but all were for Unified Messaging. None of the document mention specifically about voice calls integration.
Thanks
Vivek

Hi Vivek,
I tried to implement the same solution for one of the client which had Office 365 E4/E5 plan with local AD.
I check with Cisco PDI, but they say below line.
"As per the BU "What is supported is exactly what is depicted in the App Note, nothing more. To be specific, a direct SIP trunk from CUCM to the Microsoft cloud is NOT supported. Expressway will be required for this use case, which we have not yet tested.""
We really require this solution from Cisco to be documented as many clients are going on cloud.
My single inbox feature worked with Microsoft cloud.

Raaj

Hi Raaj,
Thanks for sharing the information. Have you ever came across any customer who has deployed such integration (voice)?
Thanks
Vivek

Hi Vivek,
Still not and looking for the design guides from Cisco or anyone who have tried.
Few blogs says you need to have a SBC between your on premises and cloud setup to get the voice calling.

Raaj.

Hi Raaj,
As per the advise from Cisco TAC, below configuration changes is solved the issue,
Go to System --- Enterprise Parameters --- Clusterwide Domain Configuration --- Organization Top Level Domain and Cluster Fully Qualified Domain Name need to be configured accordingly.
That's resolved the issue.
Thanks,
Ramesh
