Customer has a CUCM cluster ver 12.5.
Although I can get call reports from all phones on CUCM, customer is complaining because they can not see "call history" on any phone.
Most of phones are 78XX (f/w sip78xx.12-8-1-0101-482).
When they select GEAR button to see "Applications" menu they do not have "Call History" option.
I understand this option is hard coded based on model ( no from a CUCM configuration). Am I right?
Do I need to implement any setting on Enterprise or system parameter to allow this?
Any help will be welcomed.

The user guide says it should be Recents, not Call History.
If you don’t see Recents, does the Corporate Directory option work under the Contacts button (to the right of Applications)?

Jonathan apologies for delay, I just connected with customer.
On "Contact Button" customer gets:
a) Personal Directory
b) Corporate Directory.
Do you think Is there an Enterprise parameter setting missing here that is creating this weird behavior?
I also found info about this bug "CSCuy11475", but it applied to firmware 11-0-1-11 ( customer phones have f/w sip78xx.12-8-1-0101-482). I noticed today that this firmware 11-0-1-11 was the last one phones have before ( as it is now under customer CUCM's "Inactive Load Information").
