Call into CME then get dialtone to dial back out

Team,

Looking for a way to dial into a CME, have it give the customer dialtone to dial right back out of the CME so as to make calls appear to be coming from the corporate number. I guess it is a form of "Controlled Toll Fraud"

Can anyone show an example of give a way to make this work?

The feature is called Mobile Voice Access on CUCM, here is what I found for CME, I have not tested it:

Hi Paul,

If it uses PRI then you can provide dial tone to callers by NOT using "direct-inward-dial" in the inbound dial peer.
