We're having issues getting SIP inbound/outbound calls working. Outbound calls receive an immediate fast busy signal. I have posted my config along with debug ccsip messages. Assistance with a resolution would be much appreciated.

Hi,
We dont see the outbound dial-peer as Mohammed mentioned. But here are a couple of things you can do..
1. Apply the correct sip bind statements to your dial-peers eg
++ CUCM facing dial-peer ++
dial-peer voice 2000 v
voice-class sip bind control source-interface interface Loopback0
voice-class sip bind media source-interface interface Loopback0
++ ITSP dial-peer ++
dial-peer voice yyyy voip
voice-class sip bind control source-interface interface GigabitEthernet0/0/1 [assuming gig0/0/1 = interface that connects to ITSP]
voice-class sip bind media source-interface interface GigabitEthernet0/0/1 [assuming gig0/0/1 = interface that connects to ITSP]
Second thing is turn off TCP as the transport protocol on the dial-peer facing your ITSP. Try with default UDP first because some ITSP wont allow TCP unless of course you have been told to use TCP
