Hello Folks,
I am running CUCM 8.5 ver couple of users are reporting an issue that they do not see the missed, dialed, and received call logs on their cisco ip phone.
May i know how to fix this issue.

Hi,
Try doing a factory default to those phones. If the problem persist, do a firmware upgrade to all phones.

Yes, i tried with reconfiguring the phone from CUCM it fixed the issue.
But please let me know do you have issue only with missed calls or missed, received and dialed calls.
If you have an issue only with missed calls, pls refer the screenshot and make sure that the check box is enabled in line page.

Thank you for the reply.
Actually they said that the phone is not logging any kind of calls(missed calls, received and dialed).
I have requested them to perform a factor-reset on the phone. Let's see if works.

Hello Ferreira,
I faced the same issue with the same version, where no logs found at all on phones.
it was a certification problem, solved with cisco TAC
