I have programmed a hunt list, line group and hunt pilot. When I dial the hunt pilot number I get a busy signal. I tried resetting the hunt list. Can anyone offer any assistance? Do I need to restart call manager service?

you shouldn't, try resetting all the elements and try again.

Another thing to check is the CSS to make sure it's hitting the pilot.

Hi Dianna,
I think Java was referring to doing a reset on the Hunt Pilot, Hunt List and Line Group. You can also ensure that on the Hunt Pilot config page that the "Route this Pattern" checkbox has been checked.

Thanks for the response.I reset the hunt list and updated the others and continue to get a busy signal when I dial the pilot number. Also route this pattern checkbox was checked. Any other suggestions?
