Call Manager 4.2 Admin - I Divert

Hi, yes I know....(old version)

We have a few subscribers who don't see an I Divert button when called. All of our subscribers either use a 7941 or 7961 template. They're all configured the same. Only a few have this problem though. I know the I Divert follows the same rules for Busy no answer, but I don't see any config difference on the base phone directory number partition.


Anybody got any ideas?

Have you verified the phones are on the same firmware version and using the same softkey template?

Yes, softkey template is definitely the same. I'm checking into the firmware. Is it possible there could've been a corruption of the firmware upgrades?

Both of these phones were in storage, and only recently added back to the vlan. They appeared to have completed all upgrades to bring them up to snuff with the existing infrastructure.
