Hi,
we are planning to upgrade our call manager from 6.1 to 8.6 on the MCS7800 publisher and subscriber servers. can we do the upgrading without compromising the current configurations and also retataining the current unit licences? also, does 8.6 support compatibility with unity connection 2.1 or must this be upgraded also?
Regards,

Yes, you keep all your configs and DLUs and Node Licenses, you will need a valid feature license for this after the upgrade.

I'm assuming you've already checked your HW supports 8.6 right??
