Call manager 7.1.5 devices extension

Hi guys,

I have a call manager in cluster (2 nodes)  in 7.1.5 version. I need to extend the system using 200 IP PHONES 6941.

What are the licences that I have to buy without upgrading the system?

CUCM 7.1.5 is EOS/EOL, so I doubt you can purchase any additional licenses.

There is no way to convert UCL enhanced to DLUs?

The issue is not converting UCL to DLU, that was happening natively for quite some time. The issue is that the license is version specific and 7.1 is EOL:

Looks like it is still supported by the end of June (assuming you have valid contract), but I am not sure if you can still purchase new licenses. I would contact your reseller to see if they can still quote it.

Hi aymen.garbouj,

 you can buy the Enhanced license and ask to the Cisco Licensing Team (licensing@cisco.com) to generate the license for a 7.1(5) version.
