Call Manager 7.x /8.X Failed/Successful Backup Notification

Hi All ,

I have two question for monitoring CCM backup

1.  Is there anyone we can see monitor the backup of call manager remotely  instead of login on DR page .Can we see the Successfull and failed  backup instead of login on each CCM.   I read in the email thread we can  configure Email Alert for Failed backup only but my requirement is to  get succeccfull and failed backup alerts or any centralized tool where  er can monitor these backups. I have more then 30 clusters and it is  difficult for me to login on in cluster and check the backup.

2.  Also if there any option /way we can create a user account just to  monitor the backup , i understand for DRS we need OS userid and  password. is there any way in call manager we can create specfic user  account just to login  see the backup on in server ?

mentions that there is an event/alarm  :

DRFBackupCompleted

DRF backup completed successfully.

DRF backup completed successfully.

For the life of me I am unable to stick this event in a customised alert in RTMT, with an email notification
