Hi,
I have an issue with my Call manager version 8.6 su3. CPU spiking to 100% I noticed the following process interrupted during the process (PDFLUSH#1,
Kjournald and Kjournald#1). Thank you for the help.

Hello Curtis,
So, I've faced something similar and I solve it by restarting the Tomcat service on the CUCM Server.
Go to Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Services, and restart the Cisco Tomcat service.
Or you can do it through the CLI: utils service start Cisco Tomcat
