I'm new to the voice arena, and was trying to get my bearings on Cisco Unified Communications. I have a Cisco 2620 Multiservices, and 1811 Integrated services routers. On the 1811, I loaded the Advanced IP Services IOS(12.4), on the 2620 I loaded IP Plus IOS(12.2). Can both of these routers support CME? Is there a matrix that shows which routers support CME, with version etc? Thanks for any help!
