Call Manager in bound calls

Hi Gents,

 

I am having a very strange issue with CUCM inbound calls.

I got a sip provider, when i get inbound calls i can see calling Number on my phone. The minute i transfer that call internally to my collegue, their phone rings but he can see call is coming from his extension or Name

 

e.g PSTN --> Calls--> A (answers and then)--> transfer to -->B, what B can see that call coming from "B" himself.

 

A very strange issue.

 

On my gateway i have defined the below commands

 

 no supplementary-service sip moved-temporarily
 no supplementary-service sip refer
