Whats the recomended Call manager Reboot. Should it be done Monthly or quaterly ?

Hi Curtis,
You can do that if u are frequently facing the issue of services getting stopped.
May be u CUCM version u are using is hitting a bug or requires upgradation by applying patch.
You can open a TAC case with cisco for more troubleshooting.

Hi Curtis,
There's not need to restart the Call Manager. CUCM are designed to never need to be restarted, at least in theory...

Hi Curtis,
Why u want to reboot the servers till any maintenance activity is there?
Even during maintenance hours, u can rebootfirst Pub in a cluster so as to switchover the phones to a secondary server.Then, u can reboot the subscriber.

The reason I want to reboot is because we been having issues with services stopping and creating issues. I know i can restart the service but it seems the services dont want to start all the time and when they do they go back down later. The last time the CM was Rebooted was 200 days ago.
