Hello everyone,
I'm trying to find an option in Call Manager to set up kind of a pin or access code on the Cisco IP Phone to prevent unauthorized usage . Any advice will be appreciated.

use FAC codes for external call authorization.
If you want to block users from using the phones altogether you could use extension mobility or there are 3rd party products offering total lockdown of the phones.
