Hi everyone.
I have CUCM10, I need to call multiple users at the same time, for example dial one extension and then dial per-specified group of extensions at the same time.
note: the shared-line can't achieve this as I need all of them to reply, not only the first one who pick the handset.
can this be achieved using CUCM10.
also, can I send a message to multiple extension (pre specified group of extensions) using the unity connection version 10.

No, CUCM cannot do that, what you're looking if offered by CMS/CMM and is called blast dial in which everyone who is configured to be called will join a conference bridge when they pick up.
On CUC you can use distribution lists for what you're asking for.

Hunt group will be your choice if you want to ring multiple numbers.
as I need all of them re reply, not only the first one who pick the handset. Does that mean you need every one to answer the call ? You mean a conference call ?

Yes, that is right, I need everyone to answer the call.

CUCM cant do that. As Java mentioned, you need a CMS/CMM and make use of Blast dialling option.

Thanks Jamie, CUC distribution list can do the job, but is there a way to automatically forward the messages to external mobile number?

you mean forward the voicemail message?
you can use notifications in Unity Connection to ensure the message is delivered and acknowledged.

Message cannot be forwarded to a mobile number. Can be send as a mail attachment.

I don't think you are giving a thorough enough explanation of what you are trying to do here.
if you want a live call to go to a group of people where they join a live call together, you cannot do this with CUCM. You could do something similar using WebEx Teams (or whatever they are calling it these days).
If you want to send a prerecorded voice message to multiple users and have them acknowledge they received it, you can do this using Unity connection and notification settings.
I am not sure that is advisable either since the notifications would apply to all voice mails received.
You should consider third party applications like Informacast, as i think they more closely meet your stated requirements out of the box.
