Call Park Not Working

Patrick Allen

One of my remote sites running CME 7.1 and CUE 3.2.5 on a NME on a 3825 ISR is having the following issue.

there call park is only working intermitently, some calls that get park are just dropped, others once its parked no one can pick up the call except the person who originally parked the call. originally this was an isolated issue to one phone, it just went system wide. any help would be GREAT!

Currently they have 4 Call Park Slots, which I just increased to 8 total call park slots.

Thanks,

Patrick

hi Patrick,

please provide the following details...

-show telephony-service

-show run

-show ephone-dn park

how often does this problem happen?

also  collect debugs using the following procedure  & reproduce the issue ...

config t

service timestamps debug datetime local msec

service timestamps log datetime local msec

service sequence

no logging console

no logging monitor

no logging rate-limit

no logging queue-limi

logging buffer 3000000 debug

exit

clear log

- debug voip ccapi inout

- debug ephone detail mac-address x.x.x ((MAC-ADDRESS FOR THE IP-PHONE RETRIEVING THE CALL AND THE

PHONE THAT PARKED IT)

- calling number, called number, park number

Thanks,

Karthik
