Hi All
The CPUG setup is relevant simply:
Notification Alert - Visual Alert
Timer - 2 seconds
Calling Party Information - Unchecked
Called Party Information - unchecked
We noticed that the call is presented on other phones in the group for few seconds after the call has been answered. Is this normal behavior and is there a way of reducing that presentation on other phones in the group when call has been answered?
CUCM - 9.1.2.12901-3
Phones - SCCP 7911/7945/7965

I dont think so its possible to modify that particular timer.
Please see below and pickup group configuration there is no such timer:

currently we have enable auto answer pickup call under service parameter and the presentation time sort of extended to 20 seconds after call is answered. Have u cross similar issue before?
