I have a Cisco Unified Communications Manager version 184.108.40.2060-13 and a Cisco SPA 502G configured as a standard SIP device.
I'd like to be able to pickup calls from other users in the same pickup group. On the CUCM side I've placed the phone on the correct pickup group. On the phone side, I've updated to the latest firmware and enabled the "Call Pick Up Serv:" and the "Group Call Pick Up Serv:". Services.
Even after all theses settings changed I still can't see the "pickup" or "gpickup" options on my phone's LCD.

Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
