Hey,
i have a problem with the call establishment process. Sometimes, the caller did not receive a ringback instantly. It takes round about 15 seconds until the caller gets the ringback.

In my opinion the problem only appears if the caller has isdn, too.
The problem only exists at INBOUND calls

Hi Andre, in 'dial-peer voice 500 voip' instead of 'destination-pattern .T' try to configure the exact length of the digits coming in. if it is variable length dialing, then better to use different dial-peers with approx digit length.

What exactly do you mean? All our internal numbers have 3 digits. What is the right destination-pattern for this setup?
Kind regards

Hi,
Try changing the T302 timer, i think default is 15000, change it to 5000 and see.
Thank You
PC

ok, then you can enter destination-pattern ... (3 dots)
10-19-2012 05:23 AM
So the new config of dial-peer voice 500 voip should be:
description ** Verb. zu CUCM **
destination-pattern ...
session target ipv4:172.16.1.3
incoming called-number .
voice-class codec 1
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
no vad
!
Is "incoming called-number ." necessary after changing the destination-pattern?
10-19-2012 05:42 AM
no, you have already configured the dial-peer 401 with that.
dial-peer voice 401 voip
description incoming from CUCM
incoming called-number .
codec g711ulaw
