Call Queueing - Caller input ?

I have not seen anything that says this is possible. But has anyone found a way where callers who are in a Queue can press a digit to get out off the queue, which would call somewhere ?  Thanks,

If you mean in CUCM, no, there is no caller input, either they wait or they hang up.
