Call recording configuration for multiple calls at the same time

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to configure CUCM for call recording using built-in bridge mode, it is working fine but I need to record multiple calls at the same time. Capture.jpg

 

My question is: How can I to link the RTP traffic with its SIP session?

What solution are you using for call recording as CUCM does not have call recording built into it. You'd need something like Calabrio AQM, Cisco MediaSense, NICE, etc. which ties the SIP traffic to the RTP traffic by pointing the recorded DN to proper recording profile --> recording server SIP trunk.

I'm using a recorder software made by me, that is the cause of my question. When I do a simple call the process is easy, but in multiple calls how can I do to relate a sip session with its proper rtp traffic? I'm using the built-in bridge mode to record the calls in a specific server.
