Hello Everyone,
We have one of the location where IVR is active in Ciscu Unity Connection, MGMT declared that IThelpdesk shoould not work in those day, So we need to change the Exit IVR in the location.
I appreciate if any one can help on on this immediate basis,

I gone through that and understand. Thanks a lot.
I got the request of bussness team and they want to modify the script in during Christams Vacation, currently script which is going on they are about weekday and weekend. Now, I want to activate the script of weekend in those days which i can do, but they will provide me new script and audio file, then how should i do that?
Kindly provide me the solution accordingly.
