Call recording issue for a new configured extension in WFO-QM

Hi,

I cretaed a new user with extension 6809 in my call manager. I enabled call recording for the user in WFO-QM. And i checked all the  settings are ok. But when i make test call and check the recording but its not saved and i found error when i checked through WEB GUI of recording server. Refre below error screen shot.

I compare the settings with other extension which is wotking fine and looks ok.

The IP Phone likely isn’t associated to the CUCM Application User that WFO-QM is using for CTI.

PS- WFO-QM has been discontinued and already past the End of SW Maintenance milestone meaning that it is no longer eligible for bug fixes - even for security vulnerabilities. If you haven’t already, begin planning for a replacement ASAP. Cisco Webex Workforce Optimization, a white label of Calabrio One, is one option that is compatible with CUCM/CCX.
