Hi,
we are using QMS suite for call recording. The call recording is setup using CUCM recording module and it works perfectly fine INTERNALLY both for Jabber and desk phones.
However, when someone is using Jabber while connected to home network the call recording doesn't work. The QMS still does see the call being connected, which means call signaling is being received by QMS, but the actual RTP isn't.
Can someone please help me understand the following;
1- While using Jabber offsite, what is the complete call flow?
Jabber - Expressway e - Express C - ?
2- The recording profile gets selected on DN which defines where the call is sent to for recording purposes? Now when someone is working offsite, how will he reach the recording server? via Expressway?
