Hello
we have sip trunk E1 between CUMC 7.x and ALCATEL PBX, calls from cisco to PBX work fine, but from alcatel to cucm not work (before worked fine).
What i should do to fix this problem, no change is made in cucm.
thanks

If you don’t even see the call hit the gateway the problem is on the Alcatel side and you’ll need to look at that end.

Best is to run debug isdn q931 and then terminal monitor. If you’d want to see ongoing calls you can do so with show voice call status.

Hi,
any more information on the connection would be helpful^^ Which router are you using? How is the router connected with CUCM (via MGCP?)
Which troubleshootings steps have you already done?
Have you checked the logs in the router or CUCM?
And: Why do you still use CUCM 7.x? That's end of everything and not supported anymore since years and years ...

thanks for your reply
SIP trunk is used
i dont know from what to start, just i have checked link E1 is up and green and calls from cucm to alcatel get done
where i can found log cucun , from cucm report?
CUCM 7.x no issue but we are planning to migrate to 12.x, but at this time i must fix the problem.
please give me steps to check why calls from alcatl to cucum no get done.
thanks

Correct me if I'm wrong, your setup looks like this:
Alcatel <--> E1 <--> Cisco Router <--> SIP Trunk <--> CUCM
Are you seeing the incoming calls from Alcatel hitting the Cisco router?
Also, collect the logs of the Cisco router of the debugs:
debug isdn q931
debug ccsip messages
debug voice ccapi ind 1
debug voice ccapi ind 2
debug voice ccapi ind 74
