Hi ,
I have one issue I wanted to direct the 858 xxx xxxx (receptionist when customer chooses 0 for operator) to the hunt group 888 xxx xxxx?
how can I do that ?

If a number doesn't exist in CUCM, as an exact match, or as a wildcard, you cannot do anything with it, you just need to create the translation pattern.
Else, explain the exact call flow you want to have.

Is 858 XXX XXXX a DN on CUCM?
If it is, you can set the CFA on the Line page to 888 XXX XXXX.
Else, you can create a Translation pattern for 858 XXX XXXX and set called party transform mask to 888 XXX XXXX.

I tried to add the line CFA on line of 888 xxx xxxx but the problem is this number doesn't exist on cucm
the other number 858 xxx xxxx s exist a DN on cucm.
I though of creating Translation pattern of 858 xxx xxxx but how can i do that if the other number doesn't exist on cucm
can you assist me in this

I had some other issue phone got rebooted
When I collected the event logs I got stationerror code reason=4 and 3.
Not sure which all service I have check for phone reboot issue so I checked event related and got the logs
can you assist me with this

Hi Shaikh,
Is the call being redirected to CUCM from Unity connection auto attendant when user presses 0 or the IP phones users call 0 to reach reception, like a speed dial?
(a). If the call is being transferred from CUC then make sure you have the correct hunt pilot number set in the caller input entry corresponding to 0 for the call handler.
(b). If the users simply dial 0 to reach receptionist then you can configure a translation pattern on CUCM which translates 0 to a hunt pilot number.
