Call restriction base on calling number

70XXX calls 15XXX which hits CFall to pstn

I only want 70XXX to call internal calling to 15XXX and never to PSTN even via the Call Forwarding Table. Any way to put something (ie translation pattern) that sees the calling number of 70XXX in the forwarding CSS and restrict it from dialing pstn?

Unfortunately CCM does not have the ability to restrict calls per calling number. You can always assign a CSS to the 70XXX that does not reach a Route Pattern to the PSTN but you won't be able to do this if they hit a CFwd rule.
