Hello,
I'm facing a situation where i want to transfer an incoming call using my second extension number, the process is bellow :
Phone A ==> ext100 on phone B
Phone B transfer call to Phone C using ext200 on Phone B
actually it doesn't work for me i have to forward call using the main extension number (where i received the initial call)
How can i fix this issue?
Regards

This is not clear "Phone C using ext200 on Phone B", where is 200, on phone C or B or both?
What is not working, are you getting a message, fast busy, something else?
Can phone B simply call 200 (not transfer)?

the scenario is bellow
PhoneA(ext120) Calls PhoneB(ext100)
Phone B wants to transfer the call to Phone C(Ext150) using its second extension(ext200)
Phone B cans call PhoneC(ext150) without problems

What do you mean it's second extension?
If call arrived on extension 100 you can not transfer the call somewhere else from another extension, the transfer will always originate from where the call arrived. You cannot also transfer the call from one line on phone to another line on the same phone. You could park the call, then retrieve it on another line and then transfer, but that is probably too cumbersome to the user.
