HI,
I have CUCM 6 and the 2821 router as a H323 gateway.
My problem is that Call Transfer, Call Hold and Conference not working.
Regardless of whether I call or receive calls, when I want to do a call Transfer, or even call Hold, and Conference, that options are disabled.
Options are displayed on the phone display but can not be used. When I try to do one of these features nothing happens...
Is anybody had similar problems and whether you can give me guidelines on how to solve this problem?

This would be an update to armingojaks post...
we've sorted out the problem with call hold, transfer and connference not working at all... now we have less of a problem which is that the MoH only plays to callers on our voip network not to PSTN callers...
anyone have any ideas...
restarted ccm and ip voice streaming services with no results...
