Call transfer issue - no audio

I had issue with with when we transfer external call to an external number sitting or register with cloud based MS-Team. 

here is the call flow  -  PSTN > VGW> CUCM>VGW>PSTN > Cloud based MS TEAM number. Note that call is first answered by reception before transfer to cloud based MS Team registered number.

The issue is that the call ringed and once the call is answered on the Team client, there is no audio, this used work before the only change is relocation of CUCM to another site and the traffic now over as link via VPN. note that other call scenario work fine.

You might want to check if the firewall is blocking the media port RTP between the endpoint and the destination.

The media port is the port that is used to transmit audio and video data. If the firewall is blocking this port, then the audio will not be transmitted.

The complete RTP port was open toward the endpoint and the destination.
