Caller Id don't work on Cisco VG

Hello,


An Analog Phone with Display is connected to a VG224.
When someone (external or internal) is calling the Analog Phone no Caller ID is visible on the Analog Phone.

Caller ID Enable on VG224 is set.

The VG224 has IOS 12.4(20r)YA1

CUCM Version 7.1.5.31900-3
VG224 is configured as SCCP

When i call from the Analog Phone to IP Phone everything is fine.


voice port configuration :

voice-port 0/0

cptone FR

timeouts initial 60

timeouts interdigit 60

timeouts ringing infinity

caller-id enable

Try with the most basic configuration on the voice-port first:

voice-port 0/0

no cptone FR

no timeouts initial 60

no timeouts interdigit 60

timeouts ringing infinity

caller-id enable

sh

no sh

If that doesn't work, please update IOS and try again.
