Hi,
I'm trying to make it funcitonal caller ID service for our Cisco IP Telehphony for Saudi Arabia.
We are using 2821 router with analog interface. Router is running Cisco CME 7.1 and IOS is "c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.124-24.T". Caller ID is activated from service provider and it is working fine on normal analog phone. All voice ports are configured basic command "caller id enable", but none of the IP Phones are not appearing.
Please help me to get it work.
Thanks
Firose

It may a bug in DSP firmware, for which you would have to update IOS, or DSP FW (not available to the public).

Is it the caller ID name or number that is not showing up on IP phone or both ?
Can u capture following debugs for one call and attach it along with GW config?
deb vpm sig
deb voip ccapi inout
Its possible that we may need to tweak the voice port config a bit to get the caller
ID to work correctly.
