Hi
I have cross a weird issue where CFA always show caller ID. The DNA shows it hit TP which has callerID and presentation Restricted before hit RP and send call out when CFA.
Call flow is really simple: caller --provider -- SIP --- CUBE -- CUCM -- DN which is CFA to external via same CUBE.
I have attached ccm traces, can someone help?
call sample:
calling: 0280621560
called: 0731010903 which is CFA to 0423348232
time: 23:13:01pm

Try setting the callmanager Service Paramater "Always Display Original Dialed Number" to False.
Hope this helps.

Thanks.

Before asking the provider to look into it, can we get (debug ccsip messages) output from the CUBE?

1. The call I checked has the information you mentioned, as well the call you referrred to also has the same INVITE:

This number was sent to CUBE as calling number (+61731010903), on (+61423348232) which number was showing as as calling party, (+61731010903) or (0280621560)?
We still want to confirm the INVITE message that being sent to ITSP to see the calling party number there.
Thank you,
Shadi

0731010903 is showing as calling party on 0423348232. What we really want is block CLI which we already set Caller ID and Name presentation to Restricted on TP 00.4XXXXXXXX before hit RP \+61.! but it seems that it did not happen here.
